Objective:
?MTB ProfiDrive trainer qualification certificates: Ensure his own training plan implementation in time according to MAN standards and Sales requirements
?Lead MTBC ProfitDrive team, co-ordinate ProfitDrive activities and events with closely co-operation with Sales and Marketing team
?Prepare a Master Driver Concept (simplified ProfiDrive cert. focus on fuel consumption)
?Manage, lead, qualify, monitor and constantly strive to improve MTBC ProfitDrive team performance (certification as master driver)
?Monitor and qualify Dealer ProfitDrive Trainers (certification as master driver)
?Responsible for execution of existing vehicle (Tractor) handover program and regular training for dealer staff assigned to vehicle handover
?Design a competitive ProfitDrive training materials and documentation, with crystal clear training outcome expectations
?Ensure a professional filing, reporting and analysis of occurring complaints and problems related to ProfitDrive and fuel consumption
Ensure full use of Telematics in coordination with sales solution engineer

?Organize NKA-KA Customer Driver and Driving skill competition events
?Arrange training materials translation and provision

?Actively participate in Training department proposed ProfiDrive relevant Training
?Complete all WEB-Training courses, cross training, self-learning
?Improve training / driving skills and knowledge via practicing comparing and analyzing
3 ProfitDrive training
?Comply with MAN Academy and ProfiDrive standards to effectively complete each training: preparing, presenting, survey, assessing and come up with improvement measures.
?Present skillfully with multiple training methods to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to achieve the lowest possible Fuel consumption
?Prepare tailored documents & materials for special Sales training requests
?Closely Cooperate with Training Manager to prepare ProfitDrive: objectives, policy, methods, modules, documents, guidelines, and training planning
?Implement ProfitDrive training project: Focus on Train the Trainer Dealer and KA Customer level effectiveness and develop effective methods to improve.
?Guide, support, oversee, and urge dealers to improve their ProfitDrive skills;
?Find out and study driving solution for different business applications

?Assist training department in simple technical & sales training complying with MAN Academy standards
?Especially focus on maintenance, (MANCat), vehicle driving and Operation.instruction
?Communicate regaularly with Profitdrive Academy and coordinate assistance if required
