Main Accountabilities:
      
      Aim of role:
      Main objective is to keep the quality of mass production to make sure that the product quality is under the control before delivery.
      
      ? Participate in complaint analysis as one of the quality members;
      ? Coordinate production optimizations loops to lead to production according to specifications and drawing;
      ? Assure the quality of the delivered products to customer;
      ? Manufacturing processes quality supervision;
      ? Participate in internal part release process;
      ? Perform the quality improvement in MJCN;
      ? Perform layer audit, product audit and corrective actions to follow up;
      ? Perform the problem solving in workshop;
      ? Participate in continual improvement.
      
      Job Requirements:
      
      Education/Major:
      Major in Mechanical and Engineering is preferred.
      
      Experiences:
      Previous related intern experience is preferred.
      
      Knowledge & Skills:
      ? Strong ability of inter-personal, communication, influence, planning and execution.
      ? Strong ability of organization, coordination, has team-work spirit, able to work under pressure.
      ? Be familiar with quality system requirement (TS16949、ISO9001、VDA6.1、QI).
      ? Be familiar with problem solving.
      
      Foreign language:
      Strong ability of English reading and writing.
      
      Computer ability:
      Good at MS Office software.
      
      Personal Quality:
      Familiar with statistical analysis method in problem solving through product control and process management.
