Responsibilities:
      
      Work according to M+H guidelines and procedures
      Independent cooperation in projects
      Provide innovative product, component design solutions.
      Creation of technical documents for product (3D-models & drawings, technical specification, FMEA, verification plans, etc.)
      Support as Design+Engineering for IAM product development.
      R&D internal coordinator to organize resource to achieve target.
      Participate in internal and external audit of quality system;
      Participate or lead R&D development project.
      Optimize product regarding cost, process, and product structure.
      Work align with material localization strategy.
      Technical support to internal and external customer or supplier for product topic.
      
      Requirements:
      
      Bachelor, Master degree is preferred; Textile engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
      Fresh graduates
      Familiar with engineering process. Knowledge of mechanism, filtration material is preferred.
      Fluently written and speaking English. German as a plus is preferred.
      Proficient in Office Software. Autocad is a must. CATIA, UG and other drawing tools are preferred.
