任职资格
      1、大学本科及以上学历；
      2、三年以上汽车零配件项目管理经验；
      3、具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
      4、具备较强的人际沟通、协调能力；
      5、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力；
      6. 熟练使用办公室应用软件及相关绘图软件；
      7. 英语水平能达到熟练听、说、写者，在汽配行业做过者优先 。

      岗位职责
      1、负责项目审批，计划，跟进流程的制定和完善；
      2、负责项目按计划执行到位，以给销售强有力的支持；
      3、负责与公司内外相关人员的有效沟通，并协调公司内各部门之间的协同作战，以便项目高效推进；
      4、组建项目团队，培训项目部人员；
      5、设定绩效考核指标，评估绩效，建设高效项目团队。

      Qualification:
      1.College degree or above
      2.Minimal 3 years program management experience in automobile industry
      3.Being a good communicator
      4.Being a self-starter
      5.Being in proficient of plan, organize, implement and control.
      6.Being in proficient of office software
      7.Being in proficient of English write, listen and speak (advantage)

      1.Perfecting the program system about examine, approval, plan, follow up
      2.Program completion according to the deadline
      3.Communicating effectively and efficiently with all related departments and customers to ensure the PPAP results
      4.Training of the staff
