Position: Quality Manager
      
      Responsibilities:
      1. to establish ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 systems under support of mother company
      2. to establish and supervise quality control and assurance activities (product inspection, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and etc.)
      3. to select and evaluate suppliers
      4. to organize training concerning quality assurance, quality control and environmental management
      5. to organize external and internal audit (system, process and product audit)
      6. to handle claims from customers and to suppliers and ensure best customer satisfaction
      7. to perform other duties as required
      
      Requirements:
      1. Bachelor degree (or above) in mechanical or equivalent engineering subject
      2. at least 5 years related quality management experience in mechanical manufacturing
      3. at least 2 years managerial experience in quality management
      4. strong knowledge of quality management system, like ISO/TS16949
      5. strong knowledge of quality tools, like SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and etc.
      6. problem solving skill in a teamwork approach
      7. highly focused on results and objectives, diplomatic and tactful
      8. good overall oral and written communication skills both Mandarin and English. German would be advantageous.
