同济汽车设计研究院有限公司是由上海同济资产经营有限公司、上海同济科技实业股份有限公司、上海盛杰投资发展有限公司投资，依托同济大学汽车学科的技术团队成立的汽车设计公司。公司成立于2009年，注册资本5000万，位于上海国际汽车城。
