西安康明斯发动机有限公司（简称XCEC）是美国康明斯和陕汽集团以50：50的股权共同组建的中美合资企业。公司基地设在西安市经济技术开发区内，引进康明斯ISM型11升全电控重型柴油机，已于2007年七月份正式投产。
       陕汽是中国500强企业，是唯一指定装配重型军车的生产基地。以每年平均50%的高增长速度成长为国内知名的汽车企业集团，并连续多年进入中国500强企业；综合实力在中国机械500强企业中排名38位，居陕西省入围企业之首。
      康明斯是美国财富五百强企业，全球最大的独立发动机制造商，设计、制造和经销柴油和代用燃料发动机，滤清和排气系统，发电系统以及相关的零部件产品。《财富》杂志评选的2006年度‘美国最受敬仰的公司’之一，《福布斯》杂志评选的2006年度‘最佳美国大公司’之一，连续八年入选美国《企业社会责任官》杂志评选的‘全美最佳企业公民’排行榜。进入中国市场三十年以来，作为中国柴油机行业最大的外商投资企业，康明斯在华拥有十一家合资和独资企业，2006年业务额逾100亿美元。西安康明斯是继重庆康明斯和东风康明斯之后康明斯在华的第三个发动机合资项目。
      XCEC is invested by America Cummins Inc. and China‘s Shaanxi Automobile Group Company Ltd with 50:50 share right. The manufacture base of XCEC locate in Economy Development Area of Xian, XCEC will introduce the Cummins ISM 11-liter heavy-duty engine and forecast to produce in the middle of 2007.
       Shannqi is the top 500 of China and last for years. the only produce base of heavy military car, a famous auto company with high growth of 30% per year, is the top 38 for its comprehensive strength, the top one in shannxi province.

As the largest foreign investor in the China diesel engine industry and has had a presence in the China market for 30 years, Cummins has more than 8 joint venture and wholly owned enterprises throughout the country, the annul sales in 2006 exceeded $ 10 billion. XCEC will be the third Engine joint venture of Cummins in China after Dongfeng Cummins and Chongqing Cummins.
