The family business historical background can data back to 1935, and now GETRAG is the biggest independent transmission supplier of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Since January 1st, 2016, GETRAG officially has been a member of the world second largest auto-part supplier, one of the world’s top 500 company Magna International Inc, who is famous for manual, dual-clutch, hybrid and pure electric drive transmissions.

      Founded in 2006, GETRAG (Jiangxi) Transmission Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between GETRAG Group and Jiangling Motors Group. It has 4 plants, located in Nanchang, Yudu and Ganzhou. GJT currently has nearly 6,000 employees, which are committed to the development and production of dual-clutch transmission, manual transmission, and transmission components.
