主要职责Main Responsibilities：
      
      1. The software project manager need to plan and coordinates the development of the software subsystem, tracks the progress and initiates the milestone acceptance. In case of divergences from plan, he or she induces corrective measures and monitors their effectiveness。
      
      2. The software project manager defines which management activities are applied to meet project objectives and requirements. Special focus is on planning, monitoring and reporting activities.
      
      3. The software project manager represents the software in the project core team and therefore is the contact person for the cross-department and cross-field topics concerning the software as well as software relevant with the Customer.
      
      4. The software project manager need to draw up the project schedule by setting up the software-relevant milestones and planning in the context of the whole project plan, to complete overall software development activities.
      
      5. The software project manager needs to identify risks during the entire project development process and be able to propose or promote effective countermeasures.
      
      6. The software project manager, together with the the software quality manager and electronic project manager, carries out the tailoring of the process elements and assigns the roles together with the team.
      
      7. Software project managers need to be familiar with the system requirements, and according to the system requirements to develop software control strategy, design and implementation.
      
      8. Support of other department in concerns involving software.
      
      9. Other tasks assigned by team leader
      
      
      
      岗位要求 Main Requirements：
      
      1. Hold Bachelor degree (or above) in electric, electronic engineering, computer science or other related subject
      
      2. 5 years software development experience in automotive experience, involved at least 1 project with mass production
      
      3. Experience with Software project management and software development process (ASPICE)
      
      4. Experience as software engineer in area of automotive ECU development
      
      5. Strong oral and written communications skills. strong ability in the areas of team work and customer support
      
      6. Familiar with BMS system, good problem analysis and solving ability.
      
      7. Be familiar with AUTOSAR architecture
      
      8. Experience with MATLAB Simulink
      
      9. Familiar with Software coding standards (CMMI, SPICE, MISRA)
      
      10. Knowledge in Functional Safety is a plus
      
      11. Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent, good behaviour and execution
      
      12. Must be fluent in English communication. German language skills is a preferred
