      -Design of Door Trim Panel components – Door Trim.
      -Related product sourcing and launch support

      -Engilish, be able to communicate in written and spoken English with Europe team
      -MS Office
      
      Functionality Skills and Technical skills:
      -Knowledge of APQP process
      -In-depth knowledge in interior Hard Trim/Door Trim system production process
      -Extensive experience with interior Hard Trim/Door Trim requirements and specifications, problem solving
      -In-depth knowledge in CATIA, CAD, CAE and testing
      -Extensive experience in Quality or Reliability such as FMEA, Design Verification and Global 8D
      -OEM supplier or tooling experience preferred
      
      Mgt and Leadership Skills:
      -New products development skills
      -Project management skills
      -Good communication and presentation skills
      -Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently
      -Knowledge about the ‘western‘ business style preferred
      
      Experience and education:
      -3~5 years or 3 programs design and development experience in Hard Trim/Door Trim design engineering
      -B.A. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
