Objective of Job:
      -Lead implementation of product development process and ensure the milestone deliverable are completed in time with quality.
      -Accessing project requirements.
      -Design and develop EESE systems and components and meet all DV/PV requirements.
      -Interpreting and analyzing results and data by applying problem solving techniques.
      -Investigating and solving problems, eg electrical failures.
      -Liaise with Global lead engineer for the Launch and Localization of product/programs.
      -Liaise with JV to support product launches and ensure issues are fixed in time with quality according to milestone deliverable.
      -Help or work closely with supplier to understand engineering specification and resolve issues.
      -Willing to attend evening discussions with Engineering Activities in foreign country and other global sites.
      -Travel to suppliers and/or our JV manufacturing facilities is required.
      
      Skills:
      -Working and communicating in English language environment.
      -MS Office
      -Familiar with Electrical design, GD&T and product development process.
      -Familiar with DFMEA, DVPs, Global 8D and Six sigma. Green belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
      -Good Program Management skills. (Gant Charts, understanding of lead times, etc.)
      -Good communication and presentation skills
      -Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently
      -Knowledge about the ‘western‘ business style preferred
      
      Experience and education:
      -3~5 years of experiences
      -B.A. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
