Objective:
Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create customer-specific business solutions for Logistics and Supply Chain improvements
?Design and implement efficient and effective transportation networks that support customer business strategies
?Supporting the continuous improvement and optimization of customer logistics operations by TeleMatics, data collection, and analysis
?To optimize TCO Calculator and provide training to internal and external sales staff based on logistics industry needs
?Provide analytics support to customer management team for the development of policies, guidelines and procedures to achieve maximum logistics efficiency
Support management to conduct market search and industry study to understand industry trends, best practices, and competitor’s service levels and recommend the implementation opportunities
Task description
Main tasks
1 Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client-specific business solutions for logistics operation improvements
?Work independently in client facing situations in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology in Logistics and Supply Chain related projects
?Supervising business diagnosis and transportation activities
?Management of regular operative communication with the client
?Deliver expertise for the implementation and continuous improvement of Logistics strategy, organization, network, processes, operations, and technology.
2 Support Business Solution Manager to develop business solutions
?Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals
?Conduct market search and industry study under manger’s instruction to understand industry trends, best practices, and competitor’s service levels and recommend the implementation opportunities
?Optimize TCO analysis based on customer operation and industry analysis
3 Coordinate with platform companies and industry associations
?Participate in marketing and customer facing events held by platform companies and industry associations on behalf of MTBC
?Identify potential customers and industry trends, and develop business solution to support tractor sales strategy
4 Other: Other tasks to be specified by the superior in JD.
Knowledge:
?Knowledge in Logistics, Express Service, Transportation, Retail, Consumer Goods, etc. industry
?Skills in business diagnostics, value assessment and opportunity identification, business process design / re-engineering and change management, and application design in implementing supply chain transformation to realize business value
Skills:
?English skills, both written and spoken, fluent in Mandarin and English
?Good communication skill for customer handling and internal coordination
?Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Major Required Competence:
?Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to, logistics, network design, operation planning, transportation, distribution operations, and other logistics related areas
?Superior analytical and problem solving skills in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement

?Business acumen, with the end-to-end solution in mind and high attention to details
