Responsibilities:
      
      Responsible for the maintaining of all equipment and facilities to optimize, safety, cost, and productivity.
      
      
      
      Details and specifies preventative maintenance programs.
      
      
      
      Specifies and orders all maintenance supplies such as hydraulic oils and greases for plant equipment.
      
      
      
      Directly responsible for all preventative maintenance programs.
      
      
      
      Is an active part of the Safety Team.
      
      
      
      May oversee construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
      
      
      
      Oversees the maintenance of all building alarm systems.
      
      
      
      Coordinate the use of the Maintenance Department labor for new equipment installations and modifications with Manufacturing Engineers.
      
      
      
      Depending on location, may be actively involved in overseeing the day to day Environmental activities, such as Storm Water prevention programs and recycling.
