      ? Monitoring of Trends / China (customers, suppliers, universities, e-mobility, Filtration & Sepa-ration)
      
      Main Accountabilities
      ? Coordination / steering of development tasks for future market and customer requirements
      ? Functional responsibility and collaboration in inter-disciplinary teams, project management concerning time and costs
      ? Creation of innovative design concepts
      ? Evaluation and transfer of Chinese market and customer requirements into system specifica-tions
      
      Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas
      ? Number of projects managed acc. to time and costs
      ? Regular reports about Chinese market situation
      ? Successful collaboration with Tongji University (OPL, timing, results,…)
      
      Internal & External Working Relationships
      ? Cooperation with customers, suppliers and related departments regarding technical issues, assure realization and validation
      ? Monitoring of market trends and developments, creation of know-how through contacts with external specialists, universities and research institutes
      
      Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
      ? Concluded academic studies in (mechanical) engineering, applied sciences, or comparable
      ? More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of filter products / green engine technology (battery electric vehicles, fuel cell)
      ? Project management expertise / customer projects, system development and integration, knowledge in filtration, experience with product launch,
      ? Strong focus on innovation, willingness to take risks and learn/adapt to new technologies
      ? Willing to work abroad for limited period of times
      ? High degree of engagement, commitment and motivation
      ? Working experience with SAP, CDB and MS Office
      ? Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented, innovation thinking, focused on implementation, execution, can do attitude.
      ? Foreign language skills, further languages desirable
      ? Communication skills, excellent know-how of MANN+HUMMEL product portfolio
      ? Assertiveness
