Position Summary:
? To locate and deliver increased sales turnover at selected OEM customers
within China.
? Account Management of existing OEM activity. Develop sales growth within the existing customer base.
? Liase fully with the sales team to ensure customer focus is maintained throughout the business.
Main Accountabilities:
? Locate and deliver new OEM business.
? Locate and establish where necessary agents to assist within target market sectors.
? Provide technical support and product training to the customers.
? Provide on-site applications engineering support.
? Ensure the correct level of service is achieved for selected OEM and distributor accounts.
? To ensure order in-take and sales activity is in-line with planned targets.
? Accurately forecast customer/market trends for forward planning.
? Feedback to all departments customer needs and to monitor team in dealing with customer actions to a satisfactory conclusion.
? Provide clear customer objectives to the team to build a high level of customer focus throughout the business.
? Commercial negotiations at the highest level within the customer base.
? Prepare quotations in accordance with the company pricing policy.
? Potential to manage customer related projects through the business from initial concept to trial production.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies):
Education/Major:
College/University engineering certificate.
Experiences:
? Previous experience in engineering sales environment.
? Work experience in the compressor manufacturing or supplying industry highly desirable.
Certificates:
Knowledge & Skills:
? Excellent presentation skills.
? Strong commercial negotiation skills.
? Understanding of filtration and lubricating oil.
? Q9000 / TS16949.
? Marketing sense.
? Able to communicate at all levels within an organization.
? Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Foreign language:
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Computer ability:
Good at MS Office software.
