主要工作职责/Main Responsibility:
1.在大区经理的领导下,贯彻实施经销商管理政策和经销商委员会(DEMC)的各项决定;传递总部与经销商之间的各种信息;
Follow the guidance of regional manager to implement the decisions by DEMC. Make good communication between central office and dealers.
2.负责收集、整理、分析本区域内的市场信息和竞争对手网络发展与管理信息,向大区经理汇报。参与本区域内经销商网络规划的研究;
Collect and analysis the data of regional marketing and competitors. Report to regional manager and assist to study the network plan.
3.负责本区域内经销商的发展和经销店的建设项目的推动和相关文件的制作;
Responsible for the dealer development and the construction in related region.
4.负责本区域经销商的运营管理和现场支持、目标协议签订和考核、经销商质量管理、人员培训,定期向大区经理提交经销商网络运行状况监控报告;
Responsible for the dealer management and site support, submit the dealer operation report to regional manager
5.完成领导交办的其它工作;
Complete the temporary tasks required by managers
6.与BBAC的销售市场和售后服务区域管理人员及MBCL的区域管理人员进行及时,良好的沟通。
Cooperate with S&M and CAS regional management team of BBAC and MBCL, keep good communication.
任职条件/Requirement:
1. 有大学本科以上学历,财务经济类、营销类、工商管理等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or higher,major in business management and sales&marketing or other related
2. 英文听、说、读、写能力俱佳,可以用英语作为工作交流语言,能够撰写英文文件。
Being good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
3. 至少3年以上汽车行业经验,有销售市场或经销商运营管理的实践经验
Over 3 years working experience in auto industry and experienced in dealer operation or sales and marketing
4. 熟练使用各种电脑软件,特别擅长制作项目管理文件和PPT。
Having good computer skills, adroit in using OAS of WINDOWS. Especially be adept in making excellent PPT and excel.
5. 责任感强,性格开朗,良好的沟通能力,能够承受较大的工作压力,能够经常出差。
Responsible, active, precise, careful and patient. Be able to work under the big pressures.
