主要工作职责/Main Responsibility:
      1. 装焊车间激光焊接设备使用，培训。Body shop laser welding equipment running and training.
      2. 激光焊接生产中的质量控制。Laser welding quality control.
      3. 激光焊接工艺研究。Laser welding process study.
      4. 设定，调整优化Robscam和激光钎焊设备的工艺参数，组织焊接实验验证。Set up and optimization Robscan and laser brazing equipment parameter, organize weld test and validate.
      5. 协调并解决生产中发现的质量，设备及技术问题。Technical support in series production, coordinate and solves quality and technical issues discovered in pilot.
      6. 投产后的持续改进。Continuous improvement after new project launched
      7. 新设备，新技术的培训，应用及推广。Training, implementation and expansion of new process and new technology.
      任职条件/Requirement:
      1. 本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、激光、焊接或相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics automatization, laser, welding or subjects related
      2. 2年以上工作经验，有汽车焊接行业工作经验者优先考虑。Two years working experience, priority goes to candidates with experience in automotive welding
      3. 熟练掌握office、AutoCAD等办公及制图软件。Proficiency with office AutoCAD software and drawing related software
      4. 熟练使用英语，具备一定的工作技能。Proficient English skills and required working skills
      5. 可接受倒班。Accept shift work(day shift and night shift)
      6. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力。Good communication capability and a teamwork builder.
