主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：
      1. Give quality release for the new products and changes on parts. 新零件质量放行，零件变更放行
      2. Conduct quality audits at supplier side which requires travels to suppliers; 在供应商现场进行质量审核，能适应出差
      3. Manage APQP/PPQP and change activities, and support supplier to phase in & ramp up, as well as during production, to ensure availability and completeness of product & test documentation;管理APQP/PPQP及变更工作，在零件从起步到爬坡直至量产阶段提供对供应商的支持，保证产品及试验文件的正确及完整。
      4. Data recording, analysis and report generation when defects happen; 对缺陷零件进行相关数据记录，分析及报告
      5. SOP purchased part quality control; NG parts feedback to supplier and push supplier to improve. SOP零件质量控制，不合格品信息反馈给供应商并推动供应商改进
      
      任职条件/Requirement：
      1. Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; More than 5 years’ working experience in Multinational company or foreign company; 汽车工程或机械工程本科毕业，五年以上跨国企业或外资企业工作经验
      2. Well experience in Quality Management area, familiar with quality management tools (VDA/TS 16949); 较好的质量管理经验，熟悉质量工具（VDA/TS 16949）
      3. Good knowledge in APQP, SQAP, PPAP; 熟悉APQP, SQAP, PPAP
      4. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. 良好的人际沟通及团队协作能力
      5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with special focus on excel, word and Power point; 熟悉办公软件如：excel, word 和Power point
      6.Well experienced in supplier quality management for interior parts in Automotive industrial; 良好的汽车内饰件供应商质量管理经验
