主要工作职责:
1. Evaluate, monitor and report product reliability, liability, durability and suitability for the PR China market
以各级经销, BBAC各相关部门如研发部,质量部及全球服务和备件各部一道,就国产奔驰轿车所有与市场服务相关的技术议题进行评估、处理及跟踪
2. Ensure smooth and timely technical communications between respective departments of BBAC and D AG (GSP) and retail level
确保BBAC与GSP及零售网络之间对技术问题的有效沟通
3. Pursue timely resolution of technical product issues for Chassis with Production, R&D, Quality depts, and GSP/TPx
对于底盘及相关技术问题,通过与产品、质量、研发、GSP等部门的沟通,以及时提供有效的解决方案
4. Provide technical product support towards the regional office and retail level
对经销商或区域技术支持人员提供技术支持
5. Communicate with QEC and GSP for technical product issues, find short term and long term solution
通过与QEC及GSP沟通以找到针对技术问题的短期或长期解决方案
任职条件:
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above in automotive engineering
汽车或相关专业本科以上学历
2. At least 2 years of working experience in after-sales area at dealer or automobile manufacture
至少两年在经销商或汽车生产厂家的售后服务工作经验
3. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
良好的沟通能力并能与同事建立好的人际关系
4. Extensive knowledge of China automotive industry
对中国汽车行业的发展有一定的认识
Good English or German language skills
5. 英文或德文良好,能正常听说读写
