主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：
      1.计算并更新目标价格，设定合理的本地化零件成本目标，并协助采购团队达到此目标。Calculate and update target price,Set up rational cost target of local parts, and support purchasing group to achieve this target.
      2.参与建立成本分析模型，构建BBAC成本分析系统 Participating in the establishing of cost analysis model and cost analysis system of BBAC
      3.收集各成本构成要素的行业、不同类企业的信息，提供欧美相关信息，建立数据库Collect information of industries of all cost factors and different kinds of enterprises; provide relevant information from Europe and America; Set up database
      4.培训本地员工掌握成本分析的基本方法。Train local employees on basic methods of cost analysis
      5.跟踪国产化件的材料效率. 计算国产化率并跟踪每个模块. Track the material efficiency for localized components， LC rate calculation and tracking for each module .
      任职条件/Requirement：
      1.学士学位，工程相关专业；
      University graduate in engineering related discipline;
      2.有金融\经济专业知识背景者优先
      Preferred with knowledge of finance and economy;
      3.熟练操作Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word等应用软件；
      Computer skills such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
      4.较高的英语听说读写能力；
      Fluent in English;
      5.很强的分析能力以及解决问题的能力，较好的人际沟通能力，适应多元文化；
      Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication skills; Able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
