主要工作职责:
1.收集、制订生产制造设备自动化类(冲压、装焊、喷漆、总装、发动机)或者汽车机电及售后的培训需求,协助制定年度培训计划(公司级,车间部室级),定期跟踪和调整计划,协调、负责培训实施及评估,促进持续改进。Participate designing automation or car mechatronic related training policy and standard, make annual training plan, follow up and adjust training items, help to make the training program happen and provide training evaluation, provide continues improvement.
2.根据收集到的设备自动化类或汽车机电类培训需求,负责开发培训项目及培训课程,编制培训教材。定期参加企业内外专业交流会及培训公开课。Designing training program and courses, participate professional training seminar from provider.
3.参与技能资格考评认定和技师课题评价,参与技能大赛等工作实施。 Participant technician certification management process, including on post training, organize related competition match etc.
4.负责企校合作项目相关类别的授课及讲座。Deliver training courses to vocational training project.
5.依公司级及车间部室级培训计划,负责制造体系设备自动化类(冲压、装焊、喷漆、总装、发动机)或汽车机电类内部授课。Deliver training courses to BBAC related shops and target audience.
6.完成领导临时交付工作任务。Fulfill other task from supervisor.
任职条件:
1.大学本科以上学历,汽车制造、机械制造、自动化等相关专业。University degree and above. Auto manufacture, machinery manufacture, automation etc
2.3年以上工作经验,1年以上技术/培训管理工作经验。3 years and above working experience, more than one year technical related experience
3.掌握现代人力资源管理知识,熟悉汽车制造技术的发展。With basic HR knowledge, be familiar with modern auto manufacture knowledge
4.熟练使用计算机与常用办公软件,具备英文或德文读写说的能力。Good command of computer and software skills, able to use the English/German during daily work
5.具有相关人力资源开发与培训方面的培训经历。Have HR development related training experience before
6.具有较强的计划、分析、组织与沟通协调能力。Have strong planning, analysis, organization and communication skills
