主要工作职责Main Responsibility
      1、支持高级经理工作，确保部门SQDCM目标的实现或超越Support Senior Manager to ensure departmental goal for SQDCM(safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale)are net or exceeded.
      2、捕获工段上最重要的3个问题，确保各班组遵循持续性改进工作。Capture top 3 issues of group, and ensure all teams working on continuous improvement process.
      3、按照生产计划， 实现准时化，标准化生产，确保每班的生产量According to the production plan, ensure production line run smoothly, on time &in the same standard, and ensure production volume for shift.
      4、对工段人员进行管理。确保所有班组的出勤率足以运行生产线，工对缺勤人员进行跟踪，记录Manage manpower of the group, and ensure all teams are capable to run with regard to labor and follow absenteeism replacement concept.
      5、不断平衡工时，并降低非增值时间，降低人工成本Continue to balance cycle time in each team, reduce non-value added cycle time and cost of manpower.
      
      任职条件Requirement
      1、本科以上汽车或机械相关专业bachelor degree, Auto or mechanical and relative major
      2、三年以上管理或工程师经验At least three years management or engineer experience
      3、能够熟练使用AutoCAD 软件及Office等办公软件Familiar with AutoCAD and office
      4、具有强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力Strong responsibility and good communication
      5、英语熟练对话，能承受较大的工作压力Good at oral English, can stand pressure
      6、有汽车厂工作经验者优先Priority at work experience of automotive company.
