Position Purpose：
      Perform the inbound logistics warehousing, inventory management and 3PL management if any.
      
      Job Responsibility：
      
      1 Daily supervises the operation of material warehouse
      
      2 To organize, lead, motivate and train warehouse team to ensure adherence to working procedure and all security, safety, quality and COS rules as directed by the company
      
      3 Facilitates the alignment of standard operation procedures and follow up on execution
      
      4 Smooth and improve the inbound logistics management performance efficiency of measurements and implementation of KPIs
      
      5 Supervises the loading and unloading of all materials
      
      6 Supervises the inventory control of material
      
      7 Facilitates the VMI model applications
      
      8 Conduct the cycle counting and stock take to ensure physical inventory accuracy in ERP system
      
      9 Coordinates with internal departments to consistently improve the overall company performance service levels
      
      10 Other tasks assigned by department director
      
      
      Job Requirements：
      1 Bachelor’s degree or above major in Engineering or Science
      
      2 At least 5 years experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in management position
      
      3 Good knowledge and experience in warehouse management and operation
      
      4 Good team management ability
      
      5 Knowledge of Lean MFG concept
      
      6 Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
      
      7 Hold VMI model set up experience is preferred
