KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
      - Analysis the Changchun automotive market and define customers as target
      - Develop a sales and marketing strategy for the Changchun market
      - Approach customers and engage in the sales process that you have defined and approved with management
      - Develop presentation and marketing material
      - Work with the engineering team to develop technical proposals to support new business acquisition
      - Help to build the sales and marketing function within the SINO Engineering Group which may include the recruitment of additional employees.
      
      
      PERSON SPECIFICATION
      - Qualifications – Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Marketing
      - Experience – at least 3 years experience in sales and marketing within the automotive industry
      - Skill Requirements – Should be able to use Microsoft office, have a good command of the English language and understand the sales and marketing process
      - Personal Characteristics – Friendly, determined, enthusiastic, willing to take on new challenges and a flexible approach as the needs of the business change.
      - Performance will be measured using the following metrics: Achieving 10M RMB in sales during the first twelve months, meeting personal objectives
      
      
      DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY PROFILE
      ? Should have experience with an automotive tier 1 or tier 2 level and be able to demonstrate previous personal success stories
      ? Existing relationships within the automotive industry (OEM and Tier 1) would be advantageous – especially relating to interior trim
      ? A background in the automotive industry would be advantageous
      ? The ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations in English and Chinese is essential
      ? Basic technical terms should be understood as it will be important to understand engineering/technical specifications from the customer
      ? Communicating and confirming technical requirements with the customer will be of key importance
      ? Good reading, spoken and written English skills are essential
      ? Should have a smart, professional appearance
