| 职位描述： |
-To take part to the products development, changes, transfer and quote
-To give the technical support to the other Autoliv companies
-To analyze the customers requirements and and establish the action plan (with the PTL)
-To participate to the product technical data preparation (drawings, BOMs…)
-To release product technical information (spec, drawings, BOMs…)
-To prepare and check the prototypes
-To support PV testing (define the product harness, provide IP files & products)
-To establish/review the product validation plan according to customer requirements (PV)
-To establish/review the product in plant test specification
-To support the quality team for the PPAP delivery
-To support the ACE teams for product knowledge
-To provide technical support to the OEM’s
-PTL representative in ACE
-Work based on PTL directions & requirements
-Coordinate ACE teams, provide to them necessary project/product data and review tasks status/outcome.
-Support the PTL for ACE APDS activities and guarantee ACE work quality
- To review customers requirements and guarantee ACE project tasks are done accordingly.
-To follow the project advancement with PTL
-To take part to the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis:
-To take part to the root cause analysis
-To establish & conduct the action plan
-To perform the actions listed in the action plan
-To give product technical support to ACE continuous improvement
-To take part in the plant improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….)
-Procedures, tools
Level (diploma) required:
-Bachelor’s degree (electronic).
Experience:
-1-5 years experience in electronic product and automotive industry
-Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support and to report the advancement
-Ability to work effectively within a global team.
Technical skills required:
-Electronic development, strong understanding of automotive product development phases.
-Automotive communication protocols (CAN, Kline, KW2000)
-Quality tools (FMEA, solving problem tools,…)
-Knowledge of Autoliv Electronics products is a plus.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
-To be rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities
-To be able to work in a small team with technicians/engineers
Languages:
-Fluent Chinese
-Fluent English. |
