| 职位描述： |
Responsibilities:
1. Be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member representing the Quality function.
2. Verify that results from all relevant APDS activities are documented and meet Autoliv and customer requirements.
3. Communicate results (from SQ) regarding the Supplier APQP processes to the APDS project team.
4. Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan.
5. Actively involved in PFMEA (enhance error proofing)
Verify that the results from Quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open issues prior to SOP.
6. Identify risks ,analyze them, elevate to the correct level of mgnt, suggest corrective actions,verify closure of open issues.
7. Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products
8. Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
9. Participate in product/process/dock audits (including AS 67)
Educational Background:
Bachelor or above.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience in Quality field, preferably in automobile industry.
2. Familiar with ISO17025, QS9000, TS16949 as well as ISO14001.
3. Good coordination ability, high spirit of teamwork and high proficiency in English. |
