面试须知：       

  职位描述：
      Responsibilities:
      1. Responsible for process control and development in the area as well as problem solving
      2. Responsible for creating, training & improving of manufacturing process standard
      3. Promote continuous improvement
      4. Train operators
      5. Complete other tasks assigned from the supervisor
      
      Requirements:
      1, 2 years above experience for PU foaming or plastic injection
      2, Good command of SPC, PFMEA & other quality tools.
      3, Good teamwork & Communication skill；
      4, Familiar with TS16949 or QS9000 system ；
      5, Junior college major in chemical .
      6, Good command of oral & writing English or Japanese
      7, Live in Fengxian district is preferred
