上海天纳克排气系统有限公司成立于1999年，是天纳克公司在中国投资建立的生产汽车排气系统的中美合资企业。中方隶属于上汽集团，美方为美国500强的Tenneco公司，其中股比为美方55%，中方45%。公司位于上海安亭国际汽车城，毗邻上海大众汽车有限公司。公司主要从事排气系统的开发、生产和销售， 产品包括：排气歧管，催化转换器、消声器以及领先的柴油后处理系统。公司2008年具备年产70万套排气系统生产能力，到2012年，将发展到年产200万套排气系统的生产能力。公司现有员工约670多人，服务于华东地区的主要客户包括上海大众、上海通用、上汽汽车、奇瑞汽车等等。下设五家外地分厂,分别在南京、沈阳、柳州、烟台、宁波。
      
      Shanghai Tenneco Exhaust System Co., Ltd (STES) is a Sino-American joint venture, Established in 1999 by STEC which belongs to SAIC Group and Tenneco Inc which is 500 fortune in America. Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system. The annual capacity in 2008 has reached 700,000 units and will expand to 2 million units in 2012. The company has approximately 670 employees serving the customers in the east China including Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, SAIC Motor, Chery and etc.
