上海英伦帝华汽车部件有限公司（简称“英伦帝华公司”） 成立于2007年2月，由吉利控股集团与英国锰铜控股集团合资组建。2013年2月1日，吉利控股集团以1104万英镑收购锰铜，控股100%股权。至此，英伦帝华公司华丽嬗变为世界500强吉利控股集团全资子公司。
       Shanghai LTI Automobile Components Co., Ltd. (short for SLTI) is a joint venture established by Geely Holding Group and Manganese Bronze Holdings in February 2007.Geely Holding Group acquired 100% stake of Manganese Bronze Holdings for ￡11,040,000 on 1st Feb.2013, turning SLTI into the wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Holding Group, one of the top 500 enterprises in the world.
       公司位居于上海市著名的国家AAAA级旅游景区金山区枫泾镇工业园区，占地面积达42万平方米。目前主要生产源于英国百年工艺的TX.4伦敦经典出租车、商务车以及CKD项目零部件，并返销至英国及其他40多个国家和地区。
       Occupying an area of 420,000 square meters, SLTI is located in Fengjing ancient town of Jinshan district which is famous as a national AAAA Tourist Attraction in Shanghai. It is currently manufacturing the classic TX4 (originated from UK with one hundred year history), commercial cars and components for CKD program, all of which would be sold back to the UK and more than 40 other countries and regions.
